Today's world doesn't value renaissance men, much less renaissance women.

Whenever someone asks me what do I do, they want a simple answer. They want to hear I'm a teacher, a lawyer or an accountant. They want to safely categorize me, put me in the box among other computer geeks, pet freaks, artsy types or business suits. I don't fit those boxes. I'm many things and will continue to develop in further directions yet. I could write five different bios here and they would all be true, until there was a sixth.

Welcome to my web site! For a long time, I resisted building a personal site, but then realized most people I meet, even very close friends, only know one side of me. Friends know the way I cook, but we seldom talk about work. People I cooperate with know nothing of my art. Artist friends never heard of assistance dogs or animal-assisted therapies, etc.

So, this site's aim is to give you a sampler of the things I'm involved in and allow you to find out more. I have attempted to categorize my life in an understandable way. En route, I came to know myself in new and different ways and it was fun.
